How do I recognise the driver at the airport?

Once you submit your booking your airport transfer details goes to transfer company (also a copy comes to us for our records) then the driver will be at the airport or place of pick-up.He will hold up a board with your name(s) on it…And it will have the Rental company logo on it .

What other services do you provide?

1-If you are coming with a late flight;we can provide you two different welcome package upon your request
2- We can send you a cleaning lady to do standard house cleaning with laundry and ironing as well during your holiday with reasonable fee
3-We can provide you all necessary information about curreny Exchange,telephones,country codes,sightseeing, dining out,where to go,aquaparks etc
4-if you do not have a safe in the house,we can keep your important belongings in our head Office during your holiday period…

How can I get some information about the area?

What would happen if I forget to mark the dates unavailable that wished to use the property for myself/family or friends ?

Do I get notified when my property has been booked?

As soon as a booking is made,the system will automatically send us an email…And we do Lodge the full amount of your rent within 3 working days of check-in .The amount is what is previously agreed on "Yearly Contract" and after fees,commissions and other expenses… You need to check your calendar from time to time to see your bookings,or check your bank account!!!

Yes,we use a local management companies who can provide all management services for your property…

Will you get a "Content List" signed by the customer?

We will get the customer to sign the list within 24 hours of arrival.(If you have previously declared on agreement date)

Do you take some deposit for breakages when renting my property?

We requiere £150 breakage deposit before entering the property.Breakage deposit will be refunded on departure date once property has been checked.

What do you do if any damage in my property?

if not covered by your or holiday makers travel insurance ;The cost of repairs will be taken out of the damage deposit

When will I receive the rental Money in to my account?

Within 72 hours of renters arrival.(3 Working Days)
